The second part of "Kitchen Scratch" featuring Alex Cuba airs on CBC Radio One Vancouver's "North by Northwest" show this Saturday, Sept. 4th at 8 a.m. PST, you can stream it here. It also airs on CBC Radio Two's "Canada Live" show on Tuesday, Sept. 14th at 7 p.m. EST, which can be streamed here.
